Miguel Chapa was born in San Antonio, Texas and raised in a ranching community along the Texas-Mexico border in the Rio Grande Valley. He received his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999. Miguel began his legal career as a briefing attorney for United States District Court Judge Filemon B. Vela. Soon after, he opened his personal injury practice representing clients all over the United States in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases and has continually excelled at trial and in settling cases since. Miguel has litigated against some of the largest corporations in the world and has recovered over $100,000,000 for his clients throughout his career. A proud Hispanic, Miguel is also fluent in Spanish.

Arturo was born in Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, Mexico. When he was four, his family immigrated to the United States and settled in rural North Carolina. A proud immigrant, Arturo was the first in his family to attend college. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Arturo has successfully represented clients in wrongful death motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and cases involving severe traumatic brain injury, resulting in numerous settlements in excess of $1,000,000. Arturo brings to Chapa Law Group his years of experience in commercial litigation disputes and is dedicated to seeing that our clients receive the rightful compensation they deserve. Arturo is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in his involvement in several local community organizations.
